Arambol Beach is 2 km from Riva Beach Resort. Pernem Railway Station and Mapusa Bus station are 20 km away. Dabolim Airport is approximately 70 km from the resort.

Cottages are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and minibar. Each comes with bamboo furnishings and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries.

Location was great and the resort is nice. Breakfast was nice and the staff at breakfast were nice
Clearly customer service and cleanliness is not a priority. Instead probably weddings were the priority as there was something on every day, which meant that most days the main pool was shut which was quite inconvenient for guests. Rooms were not kept very clean (e.g. the bed sheets were stained and lots of hairs found around the room). The customer service was not great, the reception staff were not interested in helping much, similarly with the pool staff.

Die Pools sind toll, leider nicht immer sauber. Die Lage ist gut.
Unser Zimmer war dreckig. Das Personal ist leider nicht mit guten Putzmitteln ausgestattet (haben ihr bestes gegeben). Frühstücksbuffet dreckig. Personal starrt einen teilweise an. Personal teilweise sehr langsam und überfordert. Die Security war sehr gut. Bei Abreise kein Danke keine Rückfrage nach Feedback kein gute Reise

Pleasant
It was an awesome location of the property and beautiful property but needs maintaining we were given rooms on the side but there is need to refurbishment of the room interior and bathroom Other wise staff is excellent Food is ok not too good not too bad Facilities are excellent 3 swimming pools and health club all are awesome Night view is awesome only if they could keep daily events to keep us all entertained Over all good experience will rate it at 6 out of 10 though as it was not completely value for money
